Useless?

Or just dull?

Little bit of useless trivia: Me and Roy Keane were born on the exact same day - 10th August 1971.

I dont mind keane really. least the guy speaks his mind. loved his first book, especially the bit about walking out of the world cup. in a funny way mccarthy was taking on the english attitude regarding it being an achievement to reach the quarter finals etc.

Im with keane. if you are there you go to win it. maybe if the english manager thought more like this, and inspired his players to think like this, then we wouldnt fail at every single tournament.

That savage story is a belter.

Re: Roy Keane 'didn't mean to injure Haaland"
'I rang Mark Hughes. Robbie [Savage] wasn’t in the Blackburn team and I asked Mark if we could try to arrange a deal.
'Sparky said: "Yeah, yeah he's lost his way here but he could still do a job for you."
'Robbie's legs were going a bit but I thought he might come up to us [at Sunderland] with his long hair, and give us a lift – the way Yorkie [Dwight Yorke] had, a big personality in the dressing room.
'Sparky gave me permission to give him a call. So I got Robbie's mobile number and rang him.
'It went to his voicemail: "Hi it’s Robbie – whazzup!" like the Budweiser ad.
'I never called him back. I thought: "I can’t be f***ing signing that.”’

Just read his quote about the Geordie's...I now retract every previous negative word I posted about Mr Roy Keane.

Horrible weedy little pikey twat. Hard my fucking arse. Used to see the midget prick walking his dogs when I'd be driving to work. As has been said, when anyone with anything about them fronted him he generally shat himself.

But he couldn't do it properly (the tackle).Haaland finished the game, and went on to play for his country soon after, then played against us shortly after that.
I reckon Haaland is a bit of a hard bastard, playing on after that 'tackle'

Roy Keane on Newcastle: "I always thought they were an arrogant bunch, for a club that had won f*ck all."

Didn't fancy it with Dicks, didn't fancy it with Hartson. Fancied it with Alf inger Haaland.

Says it all.

As a pundit, Keane goes against the grain for the sake of trying to look clever.

Was refreshing at first but like Mourinho, is now like a broken record.

A hard player no doubt but a dirty fucker and im pretty sure a vile human being.

I think keane was on smack when he wrote this book

Bit of a knob is Roy, another book and another version of why and what with that tackle.

For my money, he just wants a bit of publicity for his “New” book, that tackle though and the aftermath was sickening and should have seen him get a hefty ban and had he played for anyone else than ManU, that would of happened.

Re: Roy Keane 'didn't mean to injure Haaland"
I think Keane is an odious twat and I did come across him once.

I was flying from Manchester to Amsterdam on a Monday afternoon. Airport was very quiet. I went down the walkway to the gates and at one point the walkway divides. Left for gates X to X and Right for gates Y to Y. Standing at the point of the walkway was none other than Mr K and he was actually looking to see who was noticing him. Serious. Talk about vain. I walked past and acted like he was just another traveler and didn't even notice him.

I am sure his ego recovered from my harsh treatment.

Blunders 9:27 Tue Oct 7
Re: Roy Keane 'didn't mean to injure Haaland"
the thing I find so odious about Keane is that he was trying to injure Haaland in the incident that started it all off in the first place.

but of course it's lost on him.

Re: Roy Keane 'didn't mean to injure Haaland"
That wasn't a dig either Jools but I think the public persona has to be taken with a pinch of salt.

He comes across as a deeply miserable person but I admire the fact in this sanitised world of Jamie Redknapp and "Lamps" and "JT" and secretly having to pundit on your mates he seemingly has fuck all friends ha...

Refreshing.
